Are you using a broker to sell your business?
If your company is already for sale through a broker, then we are happy to conduct negotiations through them, but please remember that you (as the seller) will remain liable for the commission structure payable to the broker. This will be clearly outlined in the contract you signed with the broker.
Does your company need short-term financing, or medium-term partners?

If your company needs short-term financing, MFE Capital can provide funds secured on either your company's assets or through the personal assets of the company director(s). The minimum term for such lending can be as little as six months, although in practical terms most companies choose a term of between twelve and twenty-four months.
